Status:
Quotation is expected from ENAT Engineering tomorrow. Once received, the quotation will be reviewed and the project terms will be discussed with the client before proceeding to the next stage.
02 — MCH Center Development at Adera New Building
Clients: Dr. Baye & Dr. Tade — Gynecology & Obstetrics
Status:
An initial meeting was held with the two Gyn/Obs doctors to discuss the proposed MCH Center. The team has requested information regarding their initial available capital and financial capacity to support the project planning and development process.
03 — Bishoftu Hospital Strategic Development Opportunity
Client: Hospital Owner, Bishoftu
Status:
A detailed meeting was held with the hospital owner in Bishoftu to understand his plans and explore possible opportunities beyond the potential sale of the hospital. Various healthcare development opportunities were discussed systematically.
The owner expressed interest in exploring a Rehabilitation & Geriatric Center which is also among his long-term plans. The discussion was positive and he indicated that he will get back to the Al Noor team for further discussions.
